Citystate Management Group Holdings Pte Ltd (CMGH) as originally formed in 1987 to hold the interests of its principal shareholders, Mr Leow Siak Fah and Mr Ng Tian Ming, in the areas of insurance and reinsurance underwriting.
It has since expanded into a service industries oriented Group with operations in Travel (Citystate Travel Group), Insurance Underwriting (EQ Insurance), Insurance broking (Newstate Stenhouse Group), Property Development, Property Management, Food & Beverage, Arts & Events Management, and investments in Education (Julia Gabriel Communications).
Currently consisting of around 40 companies, the Citystate Group employs over 300 people and operates in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, India and the Philippines.
