Citystate Properties Pte Ltd manages several conservation buildings along Club Street. Renovation work on these buildings was completed in 1998, restoring these wonderful examples of typical local shophouse architecture to their former glory.

A case in point is the award winning buildings at 36 Club Street and 23 Mohd Ali Lane. The company was awarded the URA Architectural Heritage Award in 2000 for the restoration of the exterior of both buildings. Since then, the buildings have been successfully converted into a block of fully furnished serviced apartments that cater to the growing expatriate community in Singapore who need short term lease apartments within the Central Business District.

The company will continue to look for new opportunities in the property market to expand its portfolio, either through the acquisition of interesting new sites or management contracts with other property owners.
